CHANGE: “If I get the wrong size and want to change it, what can I do?”
If you find that the size of the garment you have purchased is not correct, please write to us, within 14 days from the receipt of your shirt at firstname.lastname@example.org, telling us the correct size and we will provide the address to send it to. Once we have checked the integrity of the garment, we will send you the product in the size you prefer, informing you of the shipping and delivery times. NB: Shipping costs for a size change are on the purchaser.
RETURNS and REFUNDS: “How can I return the garment if I do not want it anymore?”.
You can return the purchased goods for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Simply write to us at email@example.com. Once we have received the goods and checked their integrity, we will refund you within 30 days, using the same method with which you made the payment. The shipping costs for the return are at the expense of the client. NB: the client must return the product with all its accessories, in the original condition and packaging in which it was received. Otherwise, the client will have to answer economically for the devaluation of the product.
